The list of selected participants for the Discover Canada – Alberta 2026 | Cultural Exchange Program has been officially released. This initiative brings together international participants to promote cultural exchange, strengthen mutual understanding, and foster global connections within Canada’s multicultural environment.

The primary goal of the program is to create a platform where participants from diverse backgrounds come together to experience Canada beyond traditional travel. Throughout the program, participants will not only explore Canada, but also share their own cultures, exchange perspectives, and engage in meaningful intercultural dialogue.

Participants were selected based on the announced criteria of the program. Please note that the selection process was not based solely on travel history. The motivation submitted by applicants, their approach to the program, and their overall suitability were key factors in the final selection.

Participants are expected to reflect their experiences and share their impressions of Canada’s culture, diversity, and environment within their own communities. Through this, the program contributes to strengthening cultural exchange, mutual respect, and international understanding.
