The Discover Canada Winter Edition 2026 is an international cultural exchange program that brings together young leaders, students, professionals, and cultural enthusiasts from around the world for an immersive experience in one of Canada’s
most historic and culturally significant cities.
Hosted in Quebec City, the heart of French-speaking Canada, this program offers participants a unique opportunity to explore Canada’s rich cultural heritage, winter traditions, multicultural values, and diverse communities through educational, cultural, and networking activities.
More than just a travel experience, Discover Canada Winter Edition is designed to promote intercultural dialogue, global citizenship, leadership development, and meaningful international connections. The program builds upon the success of previous Discover Canada initiatives organized in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Niagara, Vancouver, and Alberta. To date,
participants from more than 50 countries have joined our programs and become part of a growing international community dedicated to cultural exchange and global understanding.

Previous travel experience is considered an asset but is not required.
Certification
At the end of the program, all participants will receive a:
Cultural Ambassador Certificate
This certificate recognizes participants’ active involvement in cultural exchange and their experience in an international environment.
Official Invitation Letter
Selected participants will receive an official invitation letter that may be used to
support their visa application process where applicable.

Application Fee : 52 USD (Our application fees are implemented to cover the actual administrative costs of receiving, reviewing, and evaluating applications.)
