All legal, financial, and personal responsibilities related to travel, conduct, and immigration status remain solely with the applicant.

By submitting this confirmation, the applicant fully releases the Candiscover, its representatives, and affiliates from any liability or claim related to:

   • 3. Immigration investigations or actions
   • 4. The use of false or inaccurate information
   • 5. Any other outcome related to the immigration process
